Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please read the Refund Policy carefully before you request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@kigalxbands.com. Please make sure to leave your name, order number, item description, and the reason for your refund request. If we approve your refund request, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We offer a 24-hour timeframe in which you can cancel your order after placing it. After that, we will not be able to cancel it since once the order is shipped, we can’t return it back to us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with a solution.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, your item must meet one or more of these criteria:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product (Color/Size/Model)
- The product has a quality issue once you have received it (Broken buckle mechanism / Missing parts / Torn band / Other manufacturing issues)
If you find an issue with your product, you must send us a photo of the damaged item and proof of purchase. Without them, we cannot accept your refund.
We do not accept refunds in these cases:
- Products have passed the 14-day refund term
- Products have been damaged by use or by the customer
- Products have been ordered with an incorrect address
- The customer provided an insufficient (incomplete) address
- The customer wants to change the address after the order has shipped (the address can be changed only before the order has shipped)
- The customer ordered the wrong size/color/quantity and did not notify us within the 24-hour correction period (Please check your watch case and wrist size before ordering –

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if you have received the wrong item is to contact us with a photo of the wrong item and ask for an exchange. Important: we only exchange items that are at the same price as your ordered item.
Returns
If you would like to return a product, you must first contact us at support@kigalxbands.com to receive return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to our return processing location in Sofia, Bulgaria. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
